Bentobox Cookbook

The Japanese American Citizens League – Seattle Chapter has prepared a limited edition cookbook featuring favorite recipes from members of our community. Our cookbook is bound and is sure to be treasured for years.

Each cookbook contains recipe category dividers, a table of contents, and an index. The cookbook is typeset in an easy-to-read format and professionally printed and bound.

All proceeds from the cookbook will go to the local chapter to continue their work on civil rights, youth leadership, and community engagement. We anticipate a great demand for our cookbooks.

This one-of-a-kind cookbook on Japanese American food may be purchased for $15.00. An additional $5.00 will be charged for shipment within the states.
